Product Replacement

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call Volunteer Gifts Australia to advise us, so that we can speak with our freight provider. You will need to send us images of the broken items and packaging and we will look to replace same.  If we are unable to replace an item of stock, we will replace that item with an alternate or equal or greater value.
